Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to create any joint venture, partnership, employment, franchise, or agency relationship between you and Coolboots Global. You do not have any authority to bind Coolboots Global in any respect whatsoever.

18. Individual Claims Only

You and Coolboots Global agree that any claim against the other shall be brought solely in an individual capacity. Neither party may join or consolidate claims with those of any other person or entity, or participate in a class, collective, or representative proceeding.

BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS, YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO BRING ANY CLASS ACTION OR COLLECTIVE CLAIM AGAINST COOLBOOTS GLOBAL.

19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, to the extent applicable, the laws of the Emirate of Dubai.

Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.

Notwithstanding the above, Coolboots Global reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Coolboots Global with respect to your use of the Site, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings relating to the same subject matter.
